Year 4 had an exciting Rainforest Roadshow, and it felt like we stepped right into the Amazon. We were brave explorers as we held real rainforest creatures, including a tarantula, a praying mantis, and even a millipede. We had the opportunity to wear colourful Amazonian‑style face paint, which made us look like members of a rainforest tribe. They were able to observe a variety of animals they would not normally be able to see in their local area.
