Our new play leaders have had a brilliant first week in their new roles. Year 6 Teams 1 & 2 have successfully completed their training and have stepped into their responsibilities brilliantly. They have already shown great enthusiasm, confidence and leadership skills as they support younger children during playtimes. We are so proud of how well they have settled into their new roles. Well done, Play Leaders – keep up the fantastic work!

Our School Council delivered a fantastic sun-tastic assembly, teaching everyone the importance of staying safe in the sun. They shared helpful reminders about wearing hats, applying sunscreen, staying hydrated and seeking shade during the hottest parts of the day. School Council and our Health Champions have been busy promoting positivity around school for Mental Health Awareness Week.

Well done to our fantastic School Council, who prepared and delivered a super assembly all about Easter! The children spoke confidently as they shared the meaning of Easter and helped everyone understand why it is such a special time of year. We are very proud of the School Council for their hard work, teamwork and brilliant presentation skills—what a wonderful way to teach the whole school!

Our Health Champions used their 'Power for Good' last Friday by planting out native hedgerow saplings around our Forest Area. They planted and watered nearly 200 saplings and did a fantastic job! We're looking forward to seeing them grow. Well done!
