Harry Potter Chemistry Lesson
Year 5 had an exciting visit to the Science labs at Wednesfield Academy for their first real secondaryâschool science lesson. To start, the children explored the lab, learned about important safety rules, and met a science teacher. They were then sorted into Gryffindor, Slytherin, Hufflepuff or Ravenclaw House! Year 3 Local Walk
Year 3 went on a local walk around our school to support their learning in Geography. The children explored the area, observing and discussing the different human and physical features around them. It was a great way to connect what theyâve been learning in class to the world around them, while also helping them develop an awareness of their local environment.

Get Caught Reading

Edwards' Elves!
Before the Christmas break, staff from school joined the Rotary on their annual sleigh ride around the local estate. Together they raised lots of money which will be used to support the local community. A massive thank you to families that popped out to say hello and also for their generous donations!

Penn Puppets!
Nursery, Reception and Year 1 have enjoyed a wonderful puppet show delivered by Penn Puppets. They told the Aesopâs Fable -The Boy Who Cried Wolf through song and a Parable from the Bible -The Lost Sheep. What a wonderful time had by all!

Visit to the Gudwara!
Year 3 and Year 4 enjoyed a thoughtful and enriching visit to the local Gurdwara as part of our learning about Sikhism.
