What a fantastic turn out for our first afterschool Dance club sessions. All the children, ranging from Reception all the way through to Year 6, have enjoyed expressing themselves through dance and beginning to learn a routine to the infectious song 'Golden'. What a term it has been for our club! Rain, wind and frost – we haven’t let anything stop us reaching our goal! KS1 have been exploring the outdoors during their Wild Tribe learning. We used the book Stickman as a hook; we then collected, counted and organised sticks; explored a variety of vocabulary for description and also discussed who, why and how we respect this exciting area. We also found some great ways of playing a variety of games in our safe outdoor space.
