Year 5 Explore Local Areas for Tree Planting
Today, Year 5 went on a local walk in order to identify areas that would be suitable to plant trees. We had many things to take into consideration such as; the local community, buildings and services that might interfere with the plantation process. During the walk, we discussed the positives and negatives of planting trees in different areas and concluded that locally there is not a big enough area to plant a large amount of trees, however, there are some small pockets of perfect locations to plant a few.
