Year 2 Residential
Year 2 had the most amazing time at their Kingswood residential. They had the best time pond dipping, animal petting and completing a baby animal hunt. Year 2 Jungle Challenge Day!
Year 2 had a fantastic day as explorers and jungle animals as we worked our way through the challenges in I'm a Year 2 Get me out of here! We started by selecting our teams and making our own binoculars. The children worked their way through a number of activities. Easter Assembly by School Council
Well done to our fantastic School Council, who prepared and delivered a super assembly all about Easter! The children spoke confidently as they shared the meaning of Easter and helped everyone understand why it is such a special time of year. Mother's Day Celebrations

Victory in the Rain!
After two games being cancelled and one rearranged, we finally got to play a league football game in 2026. Thanks to children and parents for being so understanding with the disappointment. We travelled to Corpus Christi with a strong team of 11 children. As a team we showed our strength right from the back with Jorgie our goalkeeper booting the balls down the to halfway line to give our attackers the best opportunities to get as close to the net as possible. Cross Country Champions in Action!
A fantastic team effort from our Cross Countey team who took part in a long distance race at Rakegate primary school. The boys ran first, with Finley (Year 6) and Callum (Year 4) leading the way, followed closely by Ryley and Tomiwa (both Year 6) a fantastic team and supportive team run! Year 3 Local Walk
Year 3 went on a local walk around our school to support their learning in Geography. The children explored the area, observing and discussing the different human and physical features around them. It was a great way to connect what they’ve been learning in class to the world around them, while also helping them develop an awareness of their local environment.

Jurassic Hunter Inspiration Day!
Year One have enjoyed an exciting start to their thematic topic: Jurassic Hunter. We have been learning all about Mary Anning and how she found many dinosaur fossils and became the famous palaeontologist she is today. Wild Tribers Spark into Action!
Years 1 and 2 have begun their Wild Tribe learning journey! They enjoyed learning about their new outdoor learning space and carried on with their sessions despite the rain and winter weather! Clarinet Champions!
Our Year 4 children had a fantastic time during their clarinet lesson today with the Wolverhampton Music School. They showed great enthusiasm as they practised their notes and worked hard to improve their playing skills. Safer Internet Day 2026
To celebrate safer Internet Day 2026 Year 4 joined the BBC live assembly, partaking in tasks alongside this. We then completed an activity all about AI, what is okay and what is not okay when using it. We discussed what AI is and how it can be helpful, but also how it can be harmful. The children were proud to show off their designs of their very own AI 'ChatBot'!

Year One ‘Little Makers Outreach’ Visit
Year One had a fantastic morning working with our ‘Little Makers’ visitors from the Black Country Living Museum. We thought about all of the structures and buildings we saw at the museum and then worked together to build our very own structures. Spring Term PE Update!
During the Spring term the children have been enjoying the new units for the year.
