Wild Tribers Spark into Action!

Years 1 and 2 have begun their Wild Tribe learning journey! They enjoyed learning about their new outdoor learning space and carried on with their sessions despite the rain and winter weather! They have learnt how to stay safe and about the differents type of wood needed to build a fire. They successfully worked as a team to collect and sort their firewood into  small, dry pieces of wood and large logs and fuelwood. They learnt how to light a fire using a fire striker and their learning culminated in enjoying observing a fire being lit, and of course cooking marshmallows on a fire! They will continue their learning in the summer term and learn how to build dens and shelters. Well done Wild Tribers!
