Year 2 visit the Sealife Centre!

What a fantastic day we had on our final year 2 trip! The children were very excited to meet all the sea creatures. They were so excited to see penguins swimming around especially when they came to the window to chat. They explored fossils and star fish at the rock pools. They were a little disappointed when the otters were in their playroom although they did get to see them on the camera. So many fish and sea creatures to see including sea horses, jellyfish, sting rays, sharks, turtles and clown fish - so excited to met Nemo. As part of their workshop they learned about the layers of the ocean and the different animals that live there. It was a truly amazing experience and the non-stop smiles and squeals will stick with us.
