Mixed Football 9.10.25

Our first Mixed game and what a game it was!

We hosted St Patricks on Thursday 9^th October. The team were ready and raring to go! We played like a real team and were unlucky to loose 3-1. Initially we took the lead with Jenson (Y5) scoring from a deflection from St Patricks keeper. St Patricks keeper or Go Go gadget arms kept them in the game the rest of the first half making out of this word saves as Edwards attacked their goal on multiple occasions. During the second half, Oliver (Y6) hit the post twice from long range shots. Fantastic work from the whole team. Player of the match has been given to Oliver (Y6) who made so many runs from all the way in defence to their box and kept team moral high! We can't wait for our next game more of the same Team Edwards!
