Girl's football match 13.2.25

Our first official win – and how proud we are of our girls and the two year journey this football team has been on! A well-deserved 2-0 win against Long Knowle Primary School. The blog for this game has been written by our team captain Alanna Speke.

What went well:

We have worked our passing accuracy and are beginning to see the positive effects in our game. We have also gained confidence when it comes to tackling and keeping possession of the ball.

What we can improve on:

We need to work on our positioning ensuring defenders remain in defence, so if the other team attack, we have people back to help prevent a goal. We will also work on getting into better spaces.

We can’t wait for out next game!
