Year 5 

Children have explored the importance of trees and forests at local, national and global scales. 

Geography at Home

Geography is all around us! There are lots of fun ways to continue learning at home, from exploring your local area and creating maps to discovering different countries, continents and landmarks. Why not keep a weather diary, investigate your garden or local environment, practise using maps and directions, or choose a country to research? You could also learn about ways to care for our planet through recycling, saving energy and protecting wildlife. Explore, discover and be curious about the world around you!
