Reception have been full of excitement this week as we welcomed some very special new visitors into our classroom. Ten tiny eggs arrived, and the children have been eagerly watching and waiting… and now, they have hatched into the most adorable chicks! The children will learn so much by watching and caring for the chicks. From understanding how living things grow and change, to developing a sense of responsibility and kindness, this hands-on experience is proving to be both

Our Early Years had a wonderful Mother’s Day celebration! The children absolutely loved spending time with their mums, nannies, and sisters. A big thank you to everyone who came—we hope you all have a lovely time celebrating on Sunday!

Reception took full advantage of the winter weather today and took their learning outside to explore the snow and ice. We did a winter scavenger hunt to create winter trays and poured water on them to see how they will change overnight. Lots of happy/ cold faces today!
