Reception has THE BEST day visiting Tanglewood, Cannock Chase last Friday. They enjoyed making sustainable Christmas tree decorations, worked as a team to decorate two trees, went on a robin hunt, toasted marshmallows on a fire and had hot chocolate, and even got to meet the main man himself! What a fantastic trip!

Reception took part in Nursery Rhyme week last week and had lots of fun exploring Nursery rhymes which can help to develop early language and literacy skills, numeracy skills, social, physical and emotional skills . They met up on a Teams meeting with the other EYFS classes in the Trust and shared their nominated song, 'Sing A Song Of Sixpence'. Bonfire celebration day went with off with a bang for EYFS this week.  We used our imaginations and senses in the morning and then Reception finished the celebrations by toasting marshmallows on a real fire. We had the best day!
