I really enjoy learning about different artists particulary Jack Kirby and the marvel comics. I love to use my imagination and I feel calm when i am sketching. My sketching and shading techniques have really improved. Archie Year 6

Pupil Voice

I enjoy expressing myself in are lessons. It was fun colour mixing when painting the planets. My favourite artist is definitely Van Gogh.

Amelia Year 5

I really enjoyed using different sized paintbrushes and practising using differnt sorts of brush strokes. Colour pop lessons were lots of fun.

Year 1 have enjoyed exploring and working with clay. They followed their designs to make a clay pot, and lid, to store Cinderella's jewellery.

Year 2

Year 2 used the work of Theresa Elvin as a stimulus for adding colour pops!

Year 5

Children learnt about colour wheels, including tints, tones, shades and hues. They created an image of a planet selecting appropriate colours, using blending and mixing.
